The publication describes the design of the Tx predistortion system developed for 6-9GHz 0.13 CMOS commercial Ultrawideband chip.
The system allows increasing the linear Tx RF power with minimal DC power and system complexity implications. The predistortion linearization approach is tailored to the cost/power constraints of the commercial Ultra-wide band single chip product.
