It is OK. There are better resources

When this book originally came out, there were not great Grammar books for the GMAT and this was the best one (the only one too). It no longer is, however. If it is the only grammar resource you can find (there are some free ones), I would recommend it. However, most people would probably NOT need this book, a copy of Manhattan GMAT Sentence Correction should do it for you and esp that the MGMAT Verbal Foundations book is out (that nicely integrates with MGMAT SC, this book lost its appeal)

Sentence Correction GMAT Strategy Guide, 5th Edition (Manhattan Gmat Strategy Guide: Instructional Guide)
